Who we are

Pretty Loud is an online social media studio run by Anita, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the details you fill in: your name, business name, email address, Instagram link, what you need help with, your preferred start date, an approximate budget and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you book, to deliver the work. We never sell your details and do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries no longer than needed to handle them. For clients, we keep what we need for the work and for our administration, as long as the law requires.

Services we use

This website is hosted by Hostinger, which may briefly record technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can always ask which details we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. Just send a message through the contact form. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
